Technical delivery and hosting by STRATO
This website is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. When you visit, technically necessary connection data is processed. This may include your IP address, the date and time, the requested file or page, the volume of data transferred, the response status, browser and operating system information, and any referrer address transmitted.
The purposes are to deliver the website securely, analyse errors and prevent abuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of this information service. STRATO is a technical recipient and processes hosting data on our behalf under Article 28 GDPR.
According to STRATO’s published information, hostnames or IP addresses are anonymised in the access logs provided to customers. These logs are available in the customer area for the previous six weeks. We do not maintain a separate visitor archive. The hosting provider’s storage of other security and operational data is governed by its applicable information and contractual settings.

No analytics or advertising integrations on this website
The supplied website files do not set cookies or use Local Storage, and they do not embed analytics, advertising or social media tracking services. Images, fonts and the gallery are displayed without loading content from Instagram, Google or other third parties. The font comes from the system fonts available on your device.
The gallery uses JavaScript only for controls within the current page. It does not create visitor profiles or send data to an analytics service. Necessary transmission and browser caching serve the requested display of the website. Where Section 25 TDDDG applies, the exemption under Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG applies.
Google AdMob and Apple purchases are app features. This website loads neither the advertising SDK nor an Apple purchase system.
Contact by email
If you contact us by email, we process your email address, any name you provide, and your message and attachments to deal with your enquiry. The email link opens your email application; this alone does not send a message. The email provider used for the mailbox technically processes the message.
For contractual or pre-contractual enquiries, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other enquiries, it is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is responding to incoming enquiries. Messages are kept for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and follow-up questions. They are then deleted unless legal retention duties or evidence still required in connection with claims prevent this. In such cases, further processing is limited to those purposes.
External Instagram and App Store links
This website links to the Instagram profile @riverlightpoker and, when available, may link to the Apple App Store. It does not embed Instagram posts, tracking pixels or social plugins. Only when you open an external link is the destination requested. Its provider may then process your IP address, device information and, if you are signed in, account information. The respective provider’s privacy information applies.
Your rights
Subject to the legal conditions, you have rights of access (Article 15 GDPR), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction of processing (Article 18) and data portability (Article 20). You may withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future.
Where processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object under Article 21 GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation. You may object to direct marketing at any time without giving reasons. Please send requests to contact@riverlightpoker.com.
Under Article 77 GDPR, you may complain to a data protection supervisory authority, particularly in the Member State where you live or work or where the alleged infringement occurred. In Baden-Württemberg, this is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg. You do not have to contact us first.
Providing data and automated decisions
You do not need to create an account or complete additional forms simply to visit this website. Technical connection data is necessary to deliver the page; without its transmission, the website cannot be provided. This website does not carry out automated decision-making, including profiling, that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
Privacy in the iOS app
